Primary Duties Include

· Drafting legal documents

· Drafting correspondence

· Liaise with process server to serve and file court documents

· Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar

· Coordinate arrangements for meetings/conferences and Court appearances

· Maintain files/records with a high level of organization

· PCLaw accounting

· Other duties as required

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

· Completion of a Law Clerk Program with a recognized institution

· Knowledge of the Family Law Rules and Family Court process and procedureincluding timelines for service and confirmations of court documents

· Must thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively while paying attention to detail

· Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Technical proficiency (MS Office Suite, PC Law, DivorceMate)

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
