Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
  • Engage and interact with guests to create a positive experience- in person, on the telephone
  • Data processing and filing
  • Perform Accounts Receivable functions
  • Processing Payments
  • Member services
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Follow up on overdue accounts
  • Assist with other administration duties as needed or required

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:

  • You have a grade 12 or equivalent, post-secondary in Office Administration would be considered an asset
  • You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
  • You have the ability to communicate articulately & efficiently
  • You have the ability to prioritize and manage expectations
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • You’re attentive to detail and have basic knowledge of accounting
  • You have a positive and professional attitude – ability to Live the Brand
