Warehouse Worker at Nisku Industrial Coatings Ltd.

We are proud to be entering our 20th year in business supplying local, national, and international companies with high quality paint and coatings, equipment, and support services.

We are looking for an energetic, capable individual with a willingness to learn, that works well with others. The position requires someone with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a great attitude, especially when working with others.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 5 drivers’ license, up-to-date abstract will be required.
• Warehouse experience is appreciated but not required (forklift certification, shipping & receiving, inventory management).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail & desire for quality.
• Desire for continual learning, development, and advancement.
• Good reading & writing abilities.
• Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, experience with ERP systems)
• Great communication skills, including interpersonal & customer service.
• Positive, friendly and energetic attitude.
• Physically demanding position, which will require you to move / lift / pull up to 50lbs regularly.
• Requires steel-toed footwear.
• Personal transportation is required.

General Tasks

• Punctual and reliable
• Respond well to instruction
• Picking and accordingly filling orders.
• Performing required inspections and quality procedures.
• Receiving goods into warehouse & verifying quantities.
• Delivering customer orders and/or picking up required sourced products.
• Ensuring warehouse is organized and clean.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
