Job Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for:

· Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.

· Move materials to and from loading docks, trucks, storage, and manufacturing areas.

· Identify and label materials, accurately record their locations to maintain inventory visibility.

· Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, and loading them.

· Operate trucks, forklifts, high-reach, pallet jacks and other equipment to move freight.

· Perform and report cycle counts, participate in safety, continuous improvement events.

· Comply with all warehouse/production safety and quality rules and guidelines.

· Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse/production, yard, parking, and storage centers.

· Understand the basics of the supply chain, including shipping and receiving, quality assurance, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

· Basic math skills | Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance on a frequent basis.

· Strong attention to detail | Forklift certified | Effective interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer software skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

· Excellent verbal & writing communication English skills | Legal status to work in Canada.

· Able to work shift work or Over-Time when required | Able to stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Wage

· Monday to Friday, Morning and afternoon shifts

Salary: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
