We have an excellent opportunity for a Treasury Coordinator.
A role you will love
As a Treasury Coordinator, you will be part of a global team of Treasury specialists who provide effective and efficient Treasury services for Computershare. As a Treasury Coordinator you will be reesponsible for the daily cash movement as part of the treasury team; processing all payment transaction types and GL entries to reflect the same
Some of the other key accountabilities:
- Handle volume of routine transactions (Wires/EFTs/Transfers/Cheques)
- Focus on improving efficiency of current processes and procedures
- Ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Ability to take ownership and respond to standard client queries by delivering our world class customer services
- Respond to general inquiries from investors and issuers or other categories of clients (research, administration of client files, review of provisions in documents) within the prescribed time frames.
- Adhere to all deadlines set by the leadership team
- Escalate issues in a timely fashion to the leadership team as appropriate
- Comply with operational risk and regulatory control policies and procedures of Computershare
- Provide user acceptance testing support for projects as requested
What will you bring to the role?
- College diploma or University degree in business, accounting, finance field (Preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in cash management required
- Knowledge of accounting, payment, and banking procedures (Preferred)
- Self-Motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Overtime maybe available without prior notice or as required
