Shift: M-F(Day shift)

What you will do:

• Support day to day transportation execution at DC32.
• Coordinate workflow with planning team and DC operations.
• Arrange equipment and carriers for outbound deliveries.
• Problem solve and action issues as they arise.
• Support DC yard management and maintain efficient flow of rail assets.
• Daily reporting on performance metrics.
• Investigate/communicate replenishment team inquiries.
• Monitor deliveries to retail and communicate delays.

What you will need:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various individuals, from upper management to drivers
• Ability to work in multiple systems and applications, with a quick ability to learn
• Team player, who is willing to assist others when needed
• Above average decision making skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Prior experience in a transportation environment is preferred
