As a Tire Retreading Supervisor your job description would be as follows:

• Supervising, scheduling, co-ordinating all activities in the production department
• Settle work problems for production workers who operate machines and help in assembling products
• Formulate methods to meet schedules and activities within production unit and other units as well
• Help in improving productivity by training staff on the company policies and procedures
• Prepare production reports
• Contribute to hiring and promotions within the workplace
• Order materials, supplies and help in setting up equipment

Education & Experience requirements:

Secondary education is required

2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in the related field

Essential Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Work under pressure
• Operating, maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery
• Advising, consulting and analytical skills

Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English

Salary: $ 25 hourly for 40 hours
