Reporting to the Manager Supply Chain, the role will be of interest to a hands-on and ambitious supply chain professional keen to put their supply chain vision to work with a dynamic global supply chain team. The position will focus on balancing inventory investment, overseeing escalations, developing KPIs and scorecards and successfully bringing products to market.

The Supply Chain Analyst Is Responsible For

• Create new tools or reports to gather relevant supply chain data.
• Run monthly reports to track KPIs and report to management on Supply Chain’s performance
• Facilitate discussion and collaborate with supply chain specialists to develop and implement supply chain enhancements to supply chain tools, report, and processes
• Develop relationships and promote and support communication between vendors-engineering-procurement
• Facilitate escalations with vendors
• Ensure item master, BOM, and ERP configurations are accurate to provide a clear plan to meet business needs
• Effectively analyze product lifecycle and trends to develop multi-level MRP demand load to optimize inventory right place-right time
• Support effective global sourcing of the highest quality parts at the lowest possible price while maintaining delivery flexibility
• Oversee cost drivers and engineering communication on cost estimates to meet critical project targets
• Drive supply chain optimization projects that support strategic company initiatives to drive up efficiency and increase automation.
  

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience as Supply Chain Analyst or in a procurement or planning role
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting and strategic planning
• Understanding of key financial, customer and supply chain metrics
• Experience and use of ERP/MRP, Kanban, Safety stock, and visual manufacturing system
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve objectives and deliverables
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills Microsoft Office, Advanced Microsoft Office Excel (Advance formulas, VLOOKUP, including the use of macros), Word, Teams and Outlook.

• Proficient understanding of the company’s overall supply chain strategy
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Extensive experience in analyzing large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis

• Strong negotiating skills when dealing with partners and suppliers
  

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations
• Experience in creating and implementing business processes.
• Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) accreditation or other professional designation
• Experience in electronic manufacturing environment
