Hidden Leaf Cannabis Co is a cannabis retailer opened its first store in May 2021 in Brampton, Ont. We currently operate 3 stores across the GTA offering in store shopping as well as delivery through our website and UberEats. We strive to ensure that our clientele will receive premium customer service experience to match our premium quality products. We are looking for individuals to join the Hidden Leaf team that are not only passionate about cannabis use but also the education behind it. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that the needs of every client they encounter are met. The client experience from the moment they enter the store to when they leave is important. It will be our employees’ duty to ensure that our clients have a pleasant experience that will keep them coming back. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, motivated, detail oriented, hard-working and reliable.

Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor is an important and diverse role within the store. The Store supervisor is responsible for over-seeing the store leads and ensuring that as a team we are meeting store objectives. The Store Supervisor works closely with the General Manager and owners to develop and implement ways to meet KPI targets, increase revenue and maintain customer return. The ideal candidate is able to navigate between all roles within the store, is responsible, reliable and possesses strong leadership skills.

Job description & Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager on reaching all store objectives on a daily basis
• Pull various KPI reports and present to GM and owners on a weekly basis
• Oversee overall store maintenance
• Oversee all cash functions and ability to perform all duties including opening and closing procedures.
• Consistently monitor and encourage team members to meet the companies service standards
• Proactive in solving customer concerns and escalations
• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Help promote a positive work environment and maintain team morale
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding
• Train new team members
• Strategize the best delivery routes and dispatch delivery orders
• Receive shipments and prepare transfers

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check
• Must be able to work at our other locations as well (Brampton, North York, York)
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Flexible in hours
• Reliable
• Exceedingly knowledgeable about cannabis
• Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in fast-faced environments
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Independently
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and all its applications
• Pass provincial training course
• High School Diploma
• College/University would be an asset
• Trust-worthy
• Minimum 2yrs in retail/customer service
• Key Holder experience an asset
• Marketing/advertising experience is also an asset
• Must have a valid G license and has access to own vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,612.00-$44,000.00 per year
