Otter Co-op is now accepting applications for a Supervisor, Business Services at our Administration Office located in Langley, BC.

What You’ll Do
  • Contract administration (janitorial, leasing, insurance)
  • Liaise with service providers/vendors
  • Coordinate insurance claims
  • Dispatch maintenance and facilities service tickets
  • Assign and coordinate diverse administrative projects
  • Make business process improvements to support ongoing growth
  • Be a change management champion
  • Support the budget preparation (leases) and external audit process
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Supervise 3-4 staff and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Contribute to the team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are
  • 3-5 years’ project management experience
  • 3-5 years’ supervisory experience
  • Post-secondary undergraduate or technical degree in Business Administration or Project Management/Change Management Certificate
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have a pragmatic and diplomatic approach to managing people through change management and projects
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Must be committed to a SAFE working environment
