We are a licensed mortgage brokerage based in Vancouver, BC, and specialize in commercial mortgages, land loans, construction mortgages, and business loans. In another word, we don’t do home loans. As a multi-lingual team, we speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, and Hindi. We are expanding our team to meet the increasing demand to serve different communities.

You are welcomed to contact us if you:

• Have a valid sub mortgage broker license in BC;
• Have connections to real estate professionals, investors, operators, developers and builders, as well as business owners;
• Have solid knowledge about commercial real estate market and business operation;
• Have skills in financial analysis, such as financial statements analysis and financial projection;
• Have additional language skills to service clients in their languages;
• Put Clients first, follow rules and regulations;
• Work Independently, handle objections comfortably, set and exceed targets.

This is an Independent Contractor position, 100% on commission, and suitable to someone with entrepreneurial spirit. Licensing and costs associated to this position are sole responsibility of the applicants. We are willing to provide on job training to right candidates. Fluency in English is required and fluency in a second non-English language is an asset.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
