Your Key Responsibilities

BRP is building a brand new studio space and we are looking for a studio coordinator to come join us on this project! A day at the studio for you would consist of many day-to-day tasks such as organizing equipment and keeping the photo and video sets tidy. You’ll also be responsible for ordering inventory, communicating with our project coordinator daily and assisting production crew members in the everyday production of photos and videos for e-commerce. You Will

• Order products and coordinate their arrival and departure from the studio.
• Organize products to be shot by order of priority.
• Ensure products are clean and ready to be shot.
• Assist production crews during shoots with product placement, etc., as needed.
• Keep the studio clean, tidy and follow the safety measure of the studio.
• Assist with talent booking (i.e. photographers, videographers, models, etc.).
• Attend and closely follow the development of productions to ensure productivity and pace of production is aligned to meet deadlines.
• Be the go-to person for everything related to studio operations.
• Keep a booking calendar for the different studios.
• Other tasks related to e-commerce content.
  

Your Qualifications And Skills

• 1-2 years of studio experience or within a similar position.
• A bachelor’s degree in a Fine Arts field such as photography.
• Proven job experience in assisting photographers or videographers.
• Knowledge of lighting, cameras and other studio equipment.
• Bilingual.
• Resourceful and able to adapt and troubleshoot.
• Organized and reactive.
• Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset.
• A team player, ready to jump in and help crew members and project coordinators.
• Interest in the PowerSports industry would be an asset.
