What is the Opportunity

Are you autonomous, structured and creative, and seeking a flexible student job? We are currently searching for a student to support our Marketing and Communication team at our head office located in downtown Montreal.

Working with us is a learning and rewarding experience where collaboration and team spirit come together!

Reporting to the Team Leader, Marketing and Communication, you will support the team in coordinating events and various administrative tasks.

What you will do

• Participate in event organization;
• Participate in managing promotional items and gifts;
• Follow-up with participants at different events (registration, information, etc.);
• Support follow-up communications related to events;
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with external suppliers;
• Verify documents produced on a quarterly basis;
• Perform bank reconciliation;
• Write and translate short texts, including biographies of new employees.

What you will need to succeed

Experience and Knowledge

• You are a third or fourth-year student or graduate student working towards a University Degree; or gaining training and technical skills in a field related to Marketing;
• You are proficient in MS Office applications; notably of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Skills and Abilities

• You have excellent communication skills, combined with outstanding writing skills;
• You are organized and detail-oriented, and able to work on several projects at once;
• You are customer-oriented and comfortable working as part of a team.
