• Working through a phased and structured training and development program:
• Warehouse Logistics
• Operations
• Inside Sales/Project Management
• Outside Sales/Account Management
• Choice of many career paths
• Providing excellent customer service
• Building relationships
  

What You Bring To The Table

• New or recent grad with a diploma/degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build strong relationships
• Positive attitude and desire to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient in MS Office
• Previous experience with plumbing & heating products an asset
