- Motivate and inspire team members to be positive, friendly, and knowledgeable on all and new product and professional.

- Strong ability to lead by example; Be accessible and responsive to all team member’s questions and concerns in high-volume retail store.

- Oversee all areas of the store operations and delegate accordingly.

- Ensuring all staff requirements are filled and assist in hiring.

- Troubleshooting to remedy and correct issues in store; effective problem solving

- Enforce all company policies and programs, ensuring that compliance reports are met. Submitting on a monthly basis to management.

- Securing relationship with POS provider (Greenline) and understanding the workings of the POS system.

- Engage with sales reps and help facilitate POP displays and Pop Up store campaigns.

- Create and maintain a Social Media presence.

- Maintain employee scheduling and hours, submitting schedule to management.

- Creating PO’s for ordering and receiving product on scheduled days.

- Ensure that product has been adequately restocked from overstock and product is in the correct corresponding spot.

- Taking inventory of coins and dollars weekly for cash tills, replenishing when necessary.

- Flexible with hours of work and accommodating with ever changing duties.

- Executing weekly inventory ensuring that counts of product are matching the POS.

- Coordinating and executing a monthly inventory with submitting reports.

- Completing all return forms with defective product and submitting to OCS.

Personal Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of retail and/or cannabis management experience.

- Valid Cann Sell certification.

- Complete and passing Criminal Record check.

- Retail Management license from AGCO.
