Our team consists of experienced consultants, managers and sales professionals and our goal is to exceed clients’ expectations while finding great jobs for our candidates. We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic recruiter to join our busy Brampton office.

The Position:

We’re looking for a full-time recruiter to join our team at Pivotal

Responsibilities

• Our extensive portfolio includes a diverse range of clients in Logistics, Production, and Manufacturing.
• As a Recruiter, we will look to you to utilize your proven recruiting background to manage the end to end hiring process by identifying key talent and candidates in the marketplace.
• You will source candidates through our existing database, job boards, contacts lists as well as your own direct recruiting practices.
• You will run the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs, virtually meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.
• You will be presenting your candidates to various Account Managers. This is strictly recruiting and admin, with payroll functionalities.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• 1 year of demonstrated recruitment, office administration, retail or hospitably
• Highly proficient with office automation tools ( MS word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willing to work after hours
• Internal Recruiting Software experience is an asset
• Strong English communication , writing and verbal skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
