All & Every is a Special Education and Community Supports business that is expanding its staff to meet the growing demand for services in the Burlington, Ontario area. Based in London, Ontario, All & Every provides specialized support in special education tutoring, community supports, life skills training, and parent/guardian coaching and support.

We are a team of dedicated special education teachers who provide assistance to Autistic individuals, people with special needs, and their families.

At All & Every, we believe in implementing long-term strategies for long-term impact. Our goal is to work collaboratively with individuals and their families, bolstering existing natural supports, and empowering everyone in the special needs household to understand and use specific techniques and tools that work for them. Our approach focuses on providing a process rather than a product.

Our services cover a wide range of areas, including regulation strategies, socialization, life skills management, caretaker coaching, and more. We cater to children, teenagers, and adults, offering both online and in-person sessions facilitated by our specialized teachers.

Community Supports:

- Adaptive Behavioural Supports: Helping adults enhance daily living skills and achieve independence, including personal care, occupational skills, money management, safety, healthcare, travel, routines, and social interactions.

- Independent Living & Daily Living Skills: Supporting individuals in acquiring new skills to adapt to changing environments, including interpersonal skills, social responsibility, self-esteem, problem-solving, and avoiding victimization.

- Caretaker Coaching & Advocacy: Providing practical strategies and systems for parents, guardians, and caretakers to implement beyond our sessions.

As a Community Support Worker at All & Every, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the senior team, clients, and families to develop and implement personalized tutoring and community supports programs. You will establish schedules, promote independence, and utilize existing skills to maintain and increase motivation. Training and support will be provided to ensure success in the role.

To be an ideal candidate, you should possess a positive attitude, patience, organization, confidence, creativity, and kindness. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential, as well as experience working in a 1:1 capacity with individuals with developmental exceptionalities, including autism. Access to reliable transportation for travel to client homes is required. This position currently supports one client in Burlington, with the potential for increased hours.

We require candidates to have completed or be pursuing post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as Behavioural Studies, Autism Studies, Education, B.Ed., Special Education, or Developmental Support Worker or a combination of education and experience working with adults with complex needs.
