Our talented technology team members solve challenging problems quickly and with quality.What does a great Software Developer do? The Software Developer works with a group of associates within the Technical Operations team who advise financial management clients on industry best practices related to trading proposal, reporting and workflow while also providing daily support for existing customized solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated and brings enthusiasm to his/her work with "can do" attitude to join our growing team. This role will expose you to a wide variety of technologies and you can expect to be helping to provide solutions to complex problems. It is extremely important that you are open to learn and work with technologies that are new to you.How You Will Provide Meaningful Contributions

• Design, Code and Test scalable solutions based on requirement specifications.
• Incorporates standard practices and procedures to analyze, modify, test and support application software systems.
• Add features to proprietary software used internally to develop product.
• Contribute to creating feature specifications and technical design schematics.
• Debug and resolve bugs found in the current platform in a timely fashion.
• Work with Project Managers to schedule project workflow to insure completion within budgetary and time constraints.
• Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions.
• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Passion to learn emerging technologies and embrace continuous professional development is a must.
• Strong problem solving/code conceptualizing skills and an intuitive nature.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is desired.
• 3+ years’ experience in software development.
• Strong practical experience with the following technologies

HTML / CSS / Javascript / Typescript, AngularJS / Angular, C#, Net Framework /.Net Core, ASP.NET.

• Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban.
• Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done, while remaining organized during the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
