About the position:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for overall construction activities of single family homes within the established design, budget, and scheduling guidelines.

Your Duties:

• Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers, clients, and management.
• Schedule and supervise the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and subordinate staff.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with company safety policies, OH&S Code, and safety values.
• Ensure staff are appropriately trained in their job duties, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Promote a culture of performance and respect.
• Resolve onsite issues and emergencies.
• Perform site inspection and ensure overall quality meets Bedrock Homes Quality standard.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience in the residential construction industry required.
• Comprehensive understanding of local, provincial and federal construction regulations required.
• Intermediate computer competencies, specifically with Microsoft Office and iOS, preferred.
• A valid class five (5) driver’s license and clean drivers abstract required.
• Criminal Records Check to the company’s satisfaction is required.
