What You’ll Do

As the Site Leadership Engineering Intern, you will plan site operations as established in procedures and guidelines. Some of the focus areas may include people, equipment, material, and environmental safety, cost performance, asset utilization, customer product, and service delivery. Other duties will include:

• Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety systems
• Work to achieve high levels of positive working relationships with customers to optimize sales of Dyno Nobel Americas (DNA) products and services.
• Respond timely to customer product and application complaints, queries, and requested services.
• Ensure delivery of products and services.
• Eliminate all forms of waste from site operations.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted customer profitability
• Assist with the management of site operations and implementing initiates to reduce the overall cost of doing business and meeting the current year’s budge
• Assist with basic mining or engineering functions around the site.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Junior level standing pursuing Bachelors degree in Mining or Engineering field.
• Have current or are working towards a diploma in an Engineering Technology field, or Project Management will also be considered.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player

About Your Internship

Duration: 10 – 12 weeks

• Gain hands on working experience to demonstrate your educational skills and gain industry knowledge.
