Position: Service Technician

Role and Responsibilities: As a Service Tech you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our Clients needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing & Heating systems & Equipment.
Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose issues using appropriate tools and techniques to determine the root cause of problems. Provide solutions to repair.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and Hvac systems to prevent potential issues, These systems include Furnaces, Air-conditioners, Boilers, Drainage & domestic water.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all plumbing / HVAC work is carried out in compliance with safety codes and regulations to prevent hazards related to water and gas systems.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations, as well as provide cost estimates for repairs.
Administrative duties:Efficiently manage paperwork and handle administrative tasks required after each job.
Maintaining a company vehicle:the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, stocked and ready for use.

Qualifications:Proven experience with-in the trade, preferably with a focus on plumbing and heating,

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing and heating systems.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
