Server

We are currently seeking Servers to join us at Glass House Estate Winery in Langley!

This is a fixed-term opportunity ending September 30th, 2023, with the opportunity for an extension. Part-time and full-time hours available!

Responsibilities of a Server include:

• Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
• Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
• Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
• Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
• Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices

Working Conditions:

• Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality in roles such as Server, Host, Expeditor
• Valid Serving It Right Certification and thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
• Excellent wine knowledge (WSET Certification considered an asset!)
