Server/Cashier/Cook

We are looking for a competent and experienced professional who can multi-task based on the needs of the restaurant.

The server/cashier roles entails greeting, seating, taking orders and serving customers. As well as cashing out orders. Ensuring customer satisfaction and going the extra mile is an essential component of the job.

On weekends, or when it gets really busy, the person should be able to get into the kitchen and help the main chef in cooking, plating and dispensing orders quickly and as per food quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service, preparation and cooking with knowledge of cooking methods within the culinary arts preferred.
• COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status

Responsibilities:

• Serving customers - greeting and seating customers, taking orders and serving them with a smile.
• Perform cashier duties.
• At busy times, ability to work in the kitchen and help cook and plate food.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

Salary: $15.50-$19.00 per hour

• Server/Cook: 4 years (required)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
