The Omnichannel Engagement team is looking for exceptional individuals to build out products that enable the creation of a personalized, next generation communication platform that enables our 8000+ customers to reach their workers. We build high-quality applications and microservices. We collaborate constantly and continually look for ways to work better together. About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, Senior Product Manager to become the voice of our customers and to work with our team and our partners to deliver great products. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic product manager who thrives on building strong relationships and working on fun and challenging projects to have an impact on core parts of the technology platform. It’s a hands-on role, where you’ll be working to understand customer needs, business requirements, and then work in close partnership with the team through the overall process of taking product features from concept to production.

About You

You take the time to get to know and understand the customers, while having a solid understanding of the business-value our solutions provide. Others would describe you as eternally curious, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. You are passionate about creating strong relationships, which you then use to create a cross-product and cross-technology strategy and foster partnerships which further the broader team’s goals.
Basic Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of software product management experience
• Experience in a customer facing role

• You are passionate about the products you manage and how they bring value to your customers and the business
• You see product development as a team effort, and thrive in a highly collaborative, agile, continuous discovery and continuous delivery mentality
• You can work with technical specialists to understand the requirements and limitations of the system, and represent that in a way that partners and customers can understand
• You are skilled at working effectively with your product team, internal stakeholders and partner teams, and across multiple time zones and countries
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• You demonstrate a strong ability to research, summarize, and prioritize customer business requirements
• You have a consistent track record leading all aspects of a successful complex product throughout its lifecycle
• You are an excellent communicator, presenter, collaborator, and leader
