We are Hiring a Senior Manager, Talent & Culture.

The Senior Manager, Talent & Culture is an HR strategic partner responsible for developing and implementing the Organizational, Talent & Development, and Total Rewards strategies aligned to our Masco Canada Strategy and Objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide HR Leadership in shaping the company’s culture, strengthening organizational & leadership capabilities, and enhancing employee behavior by finding opportunities to improve existing processes and practices

  • Partner across functions, HR team and other BU HR teams to ensure key initiatives, projects, and plans are integrated & executed

  • Lead or co-lead strategic business and HR projects & initiatives

  • Define the Talent and Development strategy and create a culture of continuous people development across the organization

  • Guide the talent acquisition strategy & recruitment process

  • Drive career & succession planning across organization

  • Guide identifying & developing crucial organizational capabilities, developing & executing the Learning & Development Strategy based on identify gaps & organization needs

  • Create and implement leadership development programs to improve the quality and effectiveness of our leadership teams

  • Develop Employee Engagement Strategy

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires

  • Develop & implement recognition programs that drive employee engagement, foster right behaviours, and recognize high performance

  • Ensure that Total Rewards strategy positively contributes to Employee Engagement, Recognition and Experience

  • Establish HR analytics framework that encompasses all HR functions

  • Develop HR data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security

  • Analyze external market data to benchmark our HR programs and practices against industry and regional standards

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR management experience including involvement in Talent Management, Culture, Engagement, Total Rewards Management and HR Analytics

  • Excellent collaboration, networking and relationship building skills with both internal and external collaborators

  • Creative, analytical, detail-oriented with proven project management skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to promote and support workforce diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to empower and encourage teams to excel in their roles and achieve their goals

  • Solid understanding of Canadian Labour Laws and Regulations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Successful completion of a University degree in a related field from an accredited educational institution; CHRP/CHRL is preferred
