Overview/Position Summary

KPMG Canada is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM Transformation to join our CRM Planning team. Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement, the candidate will be an integral collaborator in the strategy, change management, and operationalization of our CRM transformation journey.

This candidate should be technically savvy, a problem solver with strong attention to detail, and an organized project manager. With support from a team of stakeholders across the firm, the candidate should leverage their previous CRM transformation experience to drive project deliverables and milestones, as well as closely partner with various stakeholders across the firm to build alignment on scope and approach, business requirements and processes, and optimized solutions that meets strategy initiatives and the multi-year strategy. The candidate should be a great communicator, work collaboratively and effectively manage a diverse group of cross-organization stakeholders

In addition, this role will be responsible for measuring and reporting against program KPIs strong analytical and effective storytelling skills are required, with the ability to transform complex data and feedback into differential themes and insights for senior level executives.

Program management, strategy and operations
  • Manage dependencies across technology and business workstreams and collaborate with other program teams to enable new ways of working and adoption with the new CRM solution
  • Assume responsibility for working with the technical delivery team, program management office team and program communications team to align dates and dependencies across workstreams
  • Effectively manage, motivate, and hold accountable project leads and team members in a matrixed organization to execute on priorities
  • Communicate project strategy, updates, escalation of risks/issues to multiple levels of management, including executive leadership teams across the organization.
Change Management and organizational change
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand program needs (reporting, functionality, integrations) to shape strategy and program enhancements
  • Drive definition of training and activation plan in partnership with the COE and change management teams
  • Provide support to the Change Management lead, ensuring Partner experience is top of mind
Relationship building
  • Builds strong relationships throughout the firm, including marketing teams and Partners/firm leadership to take feedback and opportunities for CRM enhancements
  • Experience working with external vendors to drive strategy
  • Play a key role in obtaining and incorporating continuous feedback to enhance reporting and analytics

  • Liaise with Partners and stakeholders across functions to ensure continued success and adoption of CRM program
  • As part of your role in operationalizing the transformation, building relationships with the other members of COE and providing support and expertise where required is critical
What You Bring To The Role
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a professional services environment with at least 3 years working in a CRM program.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in matrixed environment and/or a partnership culture an asset.
  • Experience launching a CRM solution in a large organization or partnership a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with scaled agile methodology an asset.
  • Brag-worthy program management experience and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, “storytelling”, facilitation, and execution skills with experience communicating to senior level executives. Human-centered design facilitation an asset.
  • Experience in program management, analytics, insight development and corresponding optimization
  • Self-directed individual with an eagerness to excel, curious and motivated to continuously learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline is required; an advanced degree is an asset.
