Description

As a Senior Consultant - O365 Specialist, you will be working on various sized clients delivering Design and Implementation services for Microsoft On-premises and Cloud infrastructures. The activities included in the Professional Services will range from pre-sales, migration projects, knowledge transfer, design documentation, escalations support, and other related tasks.

Qualifications

- In-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Intune/SCCM, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams

- Expertise must include architectural design, development, migration, management and supporting Microsoft 365 implementations

- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Indentity Management (MIM) solution components, including Azure AD and Active Directory solution design, configuration and administration

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (including hybrid and cutover) migrations, services, design, and topology

- Proven experience with Integration of these technologies with various security capabilities including mail gateways, multi-factor authentication, encryption, and e-discovery

- MS-100, MS-101, MS-203, MS-500 certifications assets

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Cloud technical presales
• M365 licensing specialist
• Architect M365 solutions including full Modern Workplace, EMS, Hybrid Exchange, Data Governance, Security, etc.
• Developing level of effort (LOE) and statements of work (SOW) for M365 professional services
• Assist with RFP responses
• Provide leadership to internal Microsoft cloud team
• Act as technical escalation resource for M365 team
• Liaison between customer, account manager and internal technical delivery team to ensure success of the project
• Work with third party services teams to develop statement of work based on customer requirements
• Ensuring that the architecture meets the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensuring that the architecture complies with the overall Client’s IT policies and strategies, obtaining authorised waivers where deviation is required.
• Ensuring that the architecture is consistent with and supports the productivity and financial performance objectives of the project.

- Act as a mentor for all technical levels engineering resources to expand their skills and capabilities

Salary: $38.56-$54.20 per hour
