Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Senior Designer/Technologist to join our team.

Qualifications include:

Minimum 10 - 15 year experience in architectural design, and preparation of working drawings
Possess a full understanding of building science, construction materials, Ontario Building Code, construction methods, and architectural detailing
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and on multiple projects
Proficiency in REVIT considered essential
Knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication

Duties include:

Preparation of design drawings and construction documents for various types of residential and commercial projects
Attending client design meetings and technical coordination with in-house team
Coordination with consulting engineers and landscape architects
OBC code review
Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour work week.
