The current landscape for Workforce Planning is not automated with real-time data, and as a champion of transition onto this software, this role will collaborate closely with the external Implementation Partner and internal stakeholders at McCain who will be utilizing the software for both reporting of HR data and future workforce planning as part of organizational design. This includes working together to drive system adoption, system stabilization, data integrity, and enhancements to drive an effective engine for Global Human Resources and PMO operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Will work with the Project Team, PMO, HR Business Partners, Implementation Partner and the Employee Experience Center to act as a champion in implementing the cloud-based Workforce Planning software tool and acting as a key contributor in driving the PMO’s Global Sustainable Cost Advantage (SCA) program from an organizational design standpoint

  • Implement data integrity initiatives to increase the health of our HR information across the Global HR System Landscape and PMO.
  • Play a key role as a Subject Matter Expert as it relates to any technology related improvement opportunities going through HR or IS governance.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, including communications to impacted stakeholders, identification of change impacts and participation in downstream system testing as required
  • Where we have the capability to do so, the Workforce Planning Specialist will configure and make changes to our system design via front end configuration functionality to drive prompt continuous improvement.
