WITH Hospitality is a young, innovative restaurant group looking to hire an experienced and self-driven Senior Accountant.

LOCATION: 225 Chabanel
SCHEDULE:Full-time

MAIN TASKS

• Manage the accounting department for 10 restaurants
• Supervise the current accounting team consisting of two juniors
• Control and reconcile the cash deposits made by the restaurants managers
• Supervise all bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
• Manage entire payroll and prepare analysis with third-party ADP
• Daily cash flow management
• Analyse daily cash availability and transfer funds to the appropriate accounts whenever necessary
• Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards and procedures
• Implement and monitor all internal company controls
• Prepare budget & variance analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min 3 years in a Senior Accounting position or equivalent
• Must be bilingual (English & French)
• Must be highly-driven and independent with a positive attitude
• Interest in working in a fast-paced environment within the restaurant business
• Asset: previous experience working in the restaurant industry
