Scheduling Coordinator

Manpower is currently hiring temp-permanent Scheduling Coordinators. his fast paced, detail-oriented position is a critical part of the Team - required to manage Vendor Management System (VMS) activity, monitor submittal activity to open vacancies and schedule associates for our client.

What is the job?

• Extend offer and onboarding candidates for recruiters and suppliers
• Monitor and act on VMS notifications - including but not limited to rate changes, assignment extensions, interview scheduling, etc.
• Monitor and ensure all client on-boarding requirements are complete prior to assignment.
• Verify information in VMS always matches our ATS
• Work collectively as part of a team

• High school diploma
• 6 months experience with a national company in (procurement, logistics or human resources)
• 6 months experience managing a database
• Experience working in multiple platforms
