SAP ISU Subject Matter experts (Techno Functional Consultants)

London Hydro is seeking experienced SAP ISU techno functional consultants in preparation for SAP S/4 HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement implementation. The selected candidate is to augment London Hydro SAP team and work alongside Design advisories and implementers to define the future roadmap and target state processes and architecture to enable smooth transition. The candidate should have demonstrated hands-on experience working in similar SME roles in one of the following focus areas, through implementations and support roles. S4 Hana experience in Utilities implementation is required. Knowledge and experience of deregulated Utility business processes and applying SAP best practices to keep the customization is needed. Hands on ABAP experience is a must.

Focus areas are as below:

1. Device Management including experience with AMI and EDM modules. Experience with smart meters as well as commercial meter scenarios is required. Experience with ISU work management.

2. Customer Service and CRM ISU CIC and Service Management. Familiar with S4 Hana Customer Management and other CRM implementations options for Utilities.

3. Billing, Invoicing, Print Workbench including solid experience with commercial billing and generation.

4. Finance and Contract Accounting with demonstrated knowledge and experience in Utility processes.

The candidate must be a self starter able to take up the responsibilities as below:

· Assist the core London Hydro SAP team with day to day support activities, like troubleshooting, business analysis, business requirement writing for enhancements and projects, solution design and implementation including liaisons with business and testing team as needed.

· Assist in the RFP preparation for S4 Hana by reviewing and documenting the current state of SAP ISU implementation including configurations, customizations, interface end points, issues etc.

· Assist with business requirement gathering during S4 Hana implementation. Work alongside the core SAP team, business SMEs and design advisories to review and validate the requirements, solution design and proof of concepts. The candidate should be able to bring in knowledge of the S/4HANA roadmap, differences between 1709, 1803,1809,2020 releases and new innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA releases and thus the direct impact on SAP ISU / for Utilities.

Experience

· Led large scale SAP Utilities (ISU) in one of the abovementioned focus areas with minimum 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live with at least one greenfield on S4 Hana ISU.

· Significant experience working collaboratively and effectively with system integrators and multiple vendors to develop integrated architectures aligned with business outcomes

· At least 5 years of solid SAP business process knowledge and implementation experience in one of the focus areas in techno functional role including hands on ABAP and configuration.

• · At least 5 years’ experience in the utilities industry with electricity, gas, and water. Ontario experience will be preferred.
