Supporting a team of Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS) we’re looking for an exceptional Sales Service Representative with excellent administration and organizational skills to process internal tasks and activities.

The most important characteristics of our best Sales Service Representative are that they are organized, detail orientated, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.

You’re great at:

• Customer Service & Communication

• Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Assisting your Commercial Insurance Specialist

You have:

• Post-Secondary education (College or University)

• 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Team-first mentality
