We are excited to be hiring a Junior Sales Representative for our expanding auto loans sales team!

We have an exceptional career opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic and goal driven individual who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

You will be the first and most important point of contact when it comes to initial outreach and engagement with potential customers.

You will work along side our awesome Finance Director to generate new opportunities through inbound & outbound activity, as well as to refine and adapt to our processes, making us more effective.

Skills

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds, Typically, we find that people who are successful in this role when they have:

• Previous Sales Experience
• Previous BDR/SDR or Customer Service Experience
• Formalized Sales Training (of some sort)

What You Will Be Doing

• Be our first point of contact for incoming leads
• Lead creation and management within CRM
• Sales discovery and qualification
• Sales reporting
• Using several communication mediums to reach potential clients: Telephone, Email, Facebook, etc.
• Using our CRM ecosystem capabilities
• Developing your pipeline of potential clients

Specific Targets

• Daily outbound activity targets (calling, texting, social media outreach and emailing)
• Opportunity creation targets
• Research / prospect identification targets (list building & communication implementation)

What does compensation look like?

This is a 100% commission based job with uncapped earning potential.

Junior Sales Reps can expect to earn $40,000 up to $80,000 in their first year.

Our top sales reps earn over $350,000 per year, although they have become seasoned veterans over the years working with us!
