Services include repair, upgrading, installing and automating treatment technologies and filtration systems to purify source waters for safe drinking and industrial applications. We are currently recruiting for the role of Sales & Logistics Coordinator,based out of Delco Automation’s HQ in Saskatoon. The successful candidate will provide customer service, assist with procurement, logistics, and sales of DelcoWater’s products and/or services.

Reports To: Director of Technical Services

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Secure new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Leads will come from customer service line, or from outside sales, engineering, and field service technicians who are all face to face with customers regularly.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements. Become intimately familiar with the parts and chemicals used by our clients, and become an expert at sourcing, stocking and supplying these items efficiently.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate technical sales executives for further development and closure when necessary.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and all stakeholders, as well as third parties/vendors.
  • Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted, and advise on the advertising needs to increase interest.
  • Other duties that may be required or be of mutual benefit.
