Annelida Organics Inc. is an innovative, local company formed by a group of like-minded green technology enthusiasts in 2018 with goals to create a more environment-friendly future.
At the heart of the company, Annelida Organics believes that Worm Castings (vermi-castings) are nature’s best organic plant’s food that does not compromise the environment. Utilizing the proprietary Reactors developed inhouse, Annelida Organics produces its Premium Castings by recycling a variety of industrial and agriculture waste products.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Director who loves to work with people, "think outside of the box", and who can use his/her expertise to grow with our team.
This is a full time position, located at Annelida Organics’ head office in Nisku, AB.
Sales Director responsibilities include:
- Developing sale strategies and build strategic relationships with key distributors
- Work with Management and Sale Team to develop and implementing strategic plans for actualizing sales targets
- Developing and communicating revenue targets to management, and individual sales goals to the Sales Team
- Establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline that enables measurement of individual and group performance
- Creating good rapport with customers to develop and maintain trustworthiness
- Motivating and inspiring employees to meet sales targets that match the company’s goals
- Training and orienting new Sale Staff hires
- Providing regular detailed sales reports

Essential Qualification:
- University level education
- Proven experience in Management and Sales
- Experience in Agriculture, Horticulture and Cannabis/Hemp industries
- Knowledge of social media and CRM/Invoicing software (Zoho preferred)
- Strong writing skills
- Criminal Record Check
