Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Regional Sales Representatives
• Prepare quotes, demo/loan agreements by working closely with inside technical and administrative teams
• Coordinate internal and external correspondence by relaying information/requirements to the appropriate team(s)
• Follow up to ensure all open & pending projects are on track to meet deadlines
• Create and maintain project files and client records
• Generate sales reports, letters
• Track various sales reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Coordinate customer visits by preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, ordering food
• General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, ordering office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
