About Our Client

Our client is a property development company looking for someone to assist their Sales team! They are looking for a full-time employee! The role is temporary for 3 months with the opportunity for further work depending on performance and demand.

About Our Opportunity

As a Sales Coordinator you will be reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be working both independently and in team situations. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers when they enter the showroom.
• Entering and tracking sales leads as they are generated.
• Generating sales leads over email, phone and social media.
• Occasionally writing promotional social media posts and emails.
• Assist with quote calculations.
• Assist sales team as requested.

Requirements

• Can reliably commute to Richmond.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Access to a device that supports app downloads.
• 6 months of experience in admin or sales.
• Experience in inside sales/warm lead calls is an asset.
• Experience in Real Estate industry is an asset.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional spoken communication.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Ability to learn additional softwares.

Compensation

• $20-22/hour dependent on experience.
• Paid weekly.
