Our client, a locally owned and operated premier flooring retailer based in Oshawa, Ontario is hiring a Sales Consultant.

This high end Sales Consultant role requires interacting with customers and assisting them with product choices according to their individual needs. Whether that interaction occurs in our showroom or in the community, the objective is always to provide advice that will make the customers’ buying decision easier.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Willing to divide your time between the showroom floor and prospecting for new clients (out networking within the community)
• Able to stay well-organized in a fast pace, stressful environment
• Must have valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Able to visit customers’ home (as necessary)
• Open and flexible work availability, including Saturdays.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and a willingness to learn
• Safety equipment required - steel toe boots (occasionally)
