Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director Platform & Development, the Analyst/Developer RPA will be an essential role for streamlining and process improvement through automation across all our McCain Functional Business Areas.

You will be a key player in the creation of our process automation methodology/strategies; aid in our ongoing goals of continuous improvement and deliver quality solutions that exceed our business needs. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Business Operational Teams as well as Technology Product Owners, Delivery Leads and Business Analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You will also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, as well as ongoing Support.

Job Responsibilities

• Analysis and design of processes from an automation approach.
• Develop, test, and implement high performing RPA solutions with the RPA UiPath automation tool, including workflows.
• Ensure all automations are optimized for quality and efficiency, meeting / exceeding business requirements.
• Staging and deploying the automation solutions into test and production environments.
• Provide hyper care / ongoing production support for all production automations.
• Responsible to document all automation procedures as well as process / system workflows and solution design.
• Work with McCain Business Stakeholders as well as Technology Business Analysts, Product Owners, Delivery Leads and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver automation solutions that provide positive impacts (increase revenue/profits; reduce manual process; reduce errors from manual workflows and data entry).
  

Measures Of Success

• Well-versed with software development life cycle and development practices, technical aspects of RPA development.
• Experience and passion for business process understanding as well as optimization and continuous improvement.
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, customer service, and technical writing skills.
• Strong Knowledge of programming languages, especially .Net, C#.
• Accountability - this position is responsible and accountable for completing assigned work packages or tasks on time and on budget.
• Active Listening - understanding needs of business users/customers and working with functional Groups.
• Communication Skills - requires strong communication skills to influence and persuade in their working relationships.
• Collaboration and leadership skills in working with cross-functional project teams.
  

Key Qualification & Experiences

The ideal candidate for this position will be a graduate with a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree.

• 3-5 years of experience working with automation projects.
• 3-5 years of experience with software development life cycle and development practices, technical aspects of RPA development.
• 2 years of development experience with UiPath automation tool.
• Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to Have - Certification in UiPath.
• Nice to have - As we utilize SAP for our ERP system, minimum of 2 years of SAP ABAP Development experience.
