Retail Store Manager

The Big Task

You will lead and inspire a mobile telecommunication and smart phone sales team with the best in the business working with you.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Manage team and maintain the highest customer satisfaction and employee engagement levels.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure that daily revenue objectives are met.
  • Show employees how their individual contributions matter to the company’s success.
  • Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and know how to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Train and advise staff members on how to win new referrals and gain repeat business.
  • Evaluate performance and coach staff to success.
  • Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1’s.
  • Ensure all CPC administrative tasks are completed with excellence.
  • Weekly inventory count of accessories and serialized products.
  • Attend and enthusiastically participate in key meetings, huddles, and group chats.
  • Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
  • Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire organization.

  • Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Have a proven track record in retail sales or inbound sales.
