Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a crucial role in providing a stellar shopping experience during the bustling evening and weekend hours. This role is not just about assisting customers and stocking shelves; it’s about finding your niche in our company. Whether you have a knack for social media, e-commerce, or another aspect of our business, we’re excited to help you discover and develop your talents.

Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday: 1 PM - 9 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Flexibility Alert: Every third weekend off!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and knowledge of our products.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store tidy.
• Engage in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
• Process transactions and handle cash responsibly.
• Offer support to various departments including social media and e-commerce, if interested.
• Be a proactive member of our team, suggesting and implementing improvements.

Who You Are:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not a must.
• You are enthusiastic about Meat products and providing great service.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are flexible, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
• You’re willing to jump in on various tasks and help out the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
