Position: Residential Facilities Supervisor (Part Time, Permanent)

Location: Kamloops, British Columbia

Schedule: ~30hrs per week to start

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for assisting with the operations of various rental properties, which include but are not limited to:

• Administrative work involved in the operation of the property
• Book viewings of suites and interview potential tenants
• Complete accurate detailed move in/out reports for each tenant and supervise moves to ensure security is maintained
• Collect, deposit and record all rents
• Issue notices/ letters to tenants when applicable
• Comply with regulations as contained in the Residential Tenancy Act
• Supervise contractors and process invoices in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance
• Request Purchase Orders for all work and/or supplies being undertaken at the property
• Prepare detailed Incident Reports related to accidents, altercations and damage to the property and/or other applicable incidents
  
  

Qualifications

• Motivated and professional
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Computer literate
• Able to take direction and work well with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act an asset
• Previous building management experience preferred
• Flexibility to attend various property locations in the Kamloops & Vernon region required
