Position Title: Receptionist, Athletic Theray

Status: Regular Part-time

Hours: 24hrs/week

Faculty/Department: Athletics and Recreation, Athletic Therapy Clinic

Campus/Location: North Campus

Salary: (Min) $16.77

What You Will Do

The Receptionist provides front line support and administrative support to the Athletic Therapy Clinic. The Humber Athletic Therapy Clinic provides athletic therapy services to varsity athletes, and the north camus location is a fully operational clinic open Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm.

We are seeking a motivated, hardworking part-time front desk staff.

Responsibilities Include
  • Providing the best quality of customer service to all patients
  • Booking appointments for multiple services
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Detailed scheduling and billing for all practitioners.
  • This position is for a start date in August 14, 2023

What You Bring To The Role

Education

The successful candidate will possess a 1yr certificate or equivilant

Experience

A minimum of one year experience in a customer service role, previous expereince working in a Health Care facility woud be an asset.

Skills

T he incumbent will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in a team environment; and demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills. Knowledge about clinic operations and the ability to work with medical software are considered assets.
