We are a well-established multidisciplinary private health clinic in Richmond BC. We are looking for a part-time office receptionist/administrator. At Evolve Therapeutic we have a friendly, collaborative and supportive environment.

We are offering a part-time position of 2-3 days per week.

Required:

• Previous experience with Janeapp and Insurance Portals
• Prior work in customer service
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Inbound and outbound phone experience

Preferred but NOT required:

· Strong computer literacy and proficiency (MS Office, EMR software experience an asset)

· Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office

· Medical Office Assistant Diploma (not required)

· Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture and chiropractic is an asset

· Familiarity with direct billing service providers is an asset

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients with a friendly and positive attitude
• Answering phone calls and answering any patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the phone
• Collecting payments from patients
• Submitting payments through third party providers- insurance portals
• Submitting invoicing to ICBC and communicating to ICBC about patient claims
• Responding to correspondence via email

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
