Our Law Firm in Vaughan is currently looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law to join the team. Experience in other areas of Law is not required but is considered an asset.

This position is ideal for a Lawyer, who desires a high level of responsibility in a fast-paced and growing firm. We offer all employees benefits after working full-time for 3 months.

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, duties and responsibilities :

- Knows how to handle all aspect of real estate transactions from start to end

- Has the ability to supervise and oversee the law clerks handling of residential purchase, sale, and refinance transactions

- Has the ability to explain the legal processes and procedures related to real estate transactions to clients

- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines

- Strong organizational skills

- Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

- Professional, punctual and excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- The candidate should have an enthusiastic and responsive approach to client requirements and excellent people skills.
