Published On Main is a contemporary, locally sourced and seasonally inspired fine dining restaurant. We are a service focused, fast paced restaurant that is constantly evolving with the use of fresh ingredients from our favourite local producers. With a phenomenal team of driven and career-focused individuals, we strive to make every experience as exciting and engaging as possible for our guests.

DUTIES:
As a server your primary focus will be building guest relationships, upholding the service standards of a Michelin star restaurant, maintaining excellent knowledge of the menus including the food, bar, and wine programs, participating in a healthy workplace culture and actively working with coworkers in a team environment.

Secondary tasks include maintaining a clean and well-kept work environment and assisting members of the service team with their various tasks throughout the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant hospitality experience in a high end environment with a love of food, wine and cocktails and a desire to continue to grow and learn in an ever changing environment. WSET level 2 is an asset for this position. We are currently looking for full time (4-5 days a week) availability with weekends and evenings being a must.

Bonus qualifications include;

• Occupational first aid certification
• WSET level 3
