Job Summary

The Project Manager, Solutions Delivery is responsible for the overall execution of projects in the Security Operation Centre (SOC), while reporting into the Director of SOC who oversees the operational activities of the practice.

The Project Manager addresses critical external project issues within Bulletproof and in client organizations and they determine how to best deploy resources to meet project objectives and timelines. Implementation and delivery are the key words. The PM will interface continually with clients (including their PMs), ensuring the effective delivery of our services.

This position requires a person who has a proven broad and deep experience in the professional services sector, as well as program and project management, and who desires to raise the bar in terms of quality and market position.

Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following:
• Overall project management of all phases of assigned project(s)
• Examples of project tasks include:
• Deliver expected project margin/profitability
• Use of project plans, work plan, risk log,
• Control project budget
• Complete client satisfaction surveys at setting the project goals
  

Education And Other Credentials

• 6+ years experience in an IT project management role.
• Large project experience dealing with multiple vendors, and generating between $500K to $3M.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is an asset.
• Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment.
• Ability to effectively manage a large workload, organize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with officials at all levels.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details and correctness.
• Exhibit the acumen to represent professional organization at all levels.
• Lottery experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
