The Project Manager plans and directs all site activities, leads the entire site work force, coordinates daily work activities, works closely with the project team and client and manages the sub-contractors.
The project manager is accountable for safety, schedule, cost, quality and general overall project performance. The project manager provides leadership in client relations, project cost, project schedule, project safety, project quality, project environmental responsibility and the productive effort needed to put project procedures in place, to meet specific project requirements and contractual obligations. A superior working knowledge of MS Office is an asset. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Access to own vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Project management experience. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Architectural Glass and Aluminum business. Proficient knowledge in the design, fabrication and installation of architectural glass and aluminum systems, curtain walls, window systems, skylight systems, entrances, etc. Strong construction knowledge and experience with estimating, project coordinator and management. Experience managing mid-size to large scale commercial construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
