• 1) 10 years’ experience in a project management role including developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading multi-functional teams. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 2) 8 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to senior clinical management and ensuring safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 8 years.
• 3) 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts suite of products in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 4) 3 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of the integration of healthcare information systems using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 5) 5 years’ experience implementing electronic patient care records in an acute care setting. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical resources and management, and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new system. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 6 ) 3 years’ experience implementing electronic healthcare information systems in an emergency care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years
